Nanjing FUTRUN Vehicles Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in products related with environment in vehicle as well as the completed solution of air conditioner and heating system for all kinds of vehicles. Our main products include air conditioner for bus and coach, air conditioner for trucks,air conditioner for caravan, portable air conditioner, air conditioner for off-high,  refrigeration units , etc.

More than 10 years experiences in field of automobile air conditioning and heating system allows us to be able to understand customer’s requirement better. That’s why we concentrate on developing customers and market orientation products with our expertise while placing high emphasis on quality.

We set up advanced test lab to guarantee the performance of our design reaches our pre-defined target. We have passed ISO9001, IATF16949, CE, RoHS and UL certificate. Our products have been adopted by some well-known bus and coach manufacturers like Yutong, Kinglong, BYD etc.

R&D Capability

The company's design and development team is full of vitality and innovative spirit. It is a wise and rigorous modern professional team. In order to meet the individual needs of different users for air-conditioning products, the team is guided by market demand, with the concept of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and strictly controls the design and quality of air-conditioning products, so that each air-conditioning product can meet the requirements of users.

Our R&D team has 5 engineers, including chief engineer, electrical engineer, designer, mechanical engineer.

Our product mechanical design uses 3D software (Solidwoks, Catia V5) to establish a digital model to improve the efficiency and save time during design phase and production. The electrical control part of the product adopts the control technology of single chip microcomputer (PIC, AVR, C51, etc.), which can change the control method at any time according to the requirements of customers, and at the same time make the control box modular, which is convenient for future maintenance.

The core of technology research and development includes air-conditioning heating and cooling system, electrical control system, product structure, air supply system and air purification system.
